Already dreaming about Spring and Summer…
Fashion Week has finally come to an end and after seeing all the clothes from the #JosieNatoriSS17 collection, I feel extremely excited for the hot season’s gorgeous ruffles, floral embroidery, and bohemian chic fashion creations. The slip dresses, bomber jackets, and white lace jumpsuits were extremely hot this season, receiving the most positive feedback and requests from press.

As seen in WWD and Vogue, the collection received positive reviews. WWD writer, Bobbi Queen, mentioned that the new collection showed how the designer was channeling her inner hippie in a personal, playful spring collection. And it was just that. Natori’s oft-cited homeland of the Philippines and its craftsmanship were both present in the embroidery and prints, but with a lighter, younger air.
It’s a new chapter for Natori, thanks to the new vision of the Design Director, Kristina Aquino. The softer, more ethereal looks will bring the company into its 40th anniversary next year.

[…] This divine floral jacquard print was my favorite of the collection. I am in love with the shine and texture of this style, similar to the bomber jacket from the spring ’17 collection. […]
